I am your host, Marion McRae, a physiotherapist & movement addict on a mission to see the existing model of treating back pain evolve. The current model is broken. It focusses almost entirely on the physical body, neglecting the fact that we are all both thinkers and feelers. When the thoughts in our head, and the the emotions in our bodies are less than optimal, we fail to thrive.
On a personal level, I have returned to intense clinical practice, and finding time to record these podcasts has been a non-event. So, rather than lose momentum, I have re-purposed a Facebook Live event I recorded during Covid. I am effectively interviewing myself!

1. Mental Attitude - Do you believe you can Heal ? if not - don't proceed until you remind yourself of your bodies amazing ability to heal.
2. Emotions Matter. How you feel affects your biochemistry which affects your ability to Heal.
